I've talked in the last 24 hours with many people about Flylady (folks who've done it, folks who have done it and stopped, and Pavel).
I have mostly come to a realisation. The goal she propounds isn't one I have. I have a home I'm willing to let people come into. I don't need a house that is shiny. I want a house that's reasonably clean (which I already have plans in the works to handle, and a life that doesn't involve someone haranguing me to clean my house. That's one of the things that I enjoyed when I left my parents' homes.
It may be for some people. it's not for me.
