If you're going to bother downloading our logo so you can put it on the envelope of your unsolicited resume, please make sure that the first statement of your cover letter is true before you send it in.
"It has come to my attention that your company is actively hiring young professionals in...."
Actually, no. We're not. It would be nice if we were, because that would say good things about us, but it's not true.
If this has come to your attention, clearly you're a) talking to someone who's bullshitting you, b) got the wrong company, or c) blowing smoke out of your ass in an attempt to butter up the HR department (aka, me).
It doesn't work.
