So I'm cooking A&S feast in November for the SCA (if these acronyms mean nothing to you, translation is "I'm cooking big dinner for a buncha weirdos).
I will want to do test runs of some of the stuff, as it sounds good in my head, but I haven't tried it in real life.
Anyone willing to guinea pig for me?
Stuff I need to test currently are the two main meat items: Citrus stuffed roast duck & Roasted boar.
