Well, after the first carosel (and the exercise in how they *should* be loaded in), roughly half the slides are in too rough shape (the cardboard bit, not the actual picture) to be loaded by the projector.
Have found some lovely shots of my father as a 8-15 year old, with all the attitude that entails, as well as some great ones of my aunt, from roughly 3 through to around 16 (the japanese ones, where I actually have a date I know from talking to her).
Contemplating what to do about the hit/miss ratio (if there is anything I can do).
It's interesting, at least.
