What's the opposite of paranoid?

We'd thought it was naive, but then the opposite for naive to us was cynical, which isn't the same thing as paranoid.

Looking to replace fax software

Does anyone have a fax software program that they're happy with? I'm hunting for a replacement for the program here at the office. Need to be able to work in a Windows environment (yes, yes, I know..)
