1) I was an advid follower of your travel-journals; what was your favourite part about your trip to Japan?
Easily the food. The abundance of varieties, the intricate flavours & presentation, the overall "new" to the cook in me...that was wonderful.
2) Despite the occasional rough patches, what is your favourite part about being a mother?
When I get to spend time with happy boy - when he laughs - when he wakes me in the morning by kissing or patting my face - when he thinks he's being funny and gets this devilish grin on his face.
3) Do you have any plans to have any other siblings, or will LB be an "only"?
Oh, every so often I debate doing this again, then I remember how much I a) have hurt myself in the last 3 years and b)that siblings aren't always all that they're cracked up to be and I think "only" is just fine with me.
And now some combo-questions:
4) Do you have a middle name? What is it?
No. My name is Anita-Marie. Don't call me that.
5) Do you enjoy your job? If you could work anywhere and do anything, what would it be?
Yes, I do.
I have this dream mess I want to do - run a small inn - be chef in it (and cook when I want to - probably one meal a day) - also be the one who makes the quilts/blankets, etc in it, as well as the "office manager" - I don't like only having one thing to do....
