woodardp is a much better parent
I have totally failed today to get LB to eat or drink ANYTHING.
I've tried.
He's rejected everything.
He wants crackers (the japanese rice crackers), but something about the sodium content makes me nervous as the sole source of nutrition he's getting after upchucking & having intestinal issues.
Been trying all day to get him to eat some applesauce. No dice.
woodardp is trying to feed him. He's crying for a cracker. Woodardp says to him, "Hey, you know 1, 2, 3, right?" "yah"
(and scarily enough, he's started counting...only to three, and he doesn't know the word one yet, so it's two, two, three, but....)
"So if you have 3 bites of applesauce, I'll give you a cracker, okay?" "yah".
LB then eats three bites of applesauce.
This would have *never* occured to me.
